Online Audio Support

If you need help accessing the online audio for any of our reader book sets:

The web address/URL and QR Code for the online audio is printed on the inside cover of your box set and at the back of each book.

Scan the QR Code or from your phone or computer, open your Internet browser (e.g., Safari or Google Chrome), copy the URL into the search bar, and hit enter. (If you get an error message, please check that you have entered the address correctly and try again.)

You will be taken to the audio center where you can play all the stories online. You can also download these audio files to your device by pressing the Download button at the top of the page.

If you need help accessing the online audio for our flash cards:

The web address/URL and QR Code for the companion online audio is printed on the side of the box and on the paper insert in the box.

Scan the QR code or enter the web address/URL.

Tip: Try it on a phone or mobile device. The companion online audio has a "mobile-first" design for easy tapping and swiping!

Choose a theme, then click or tap any flash card picture. You will see the Spanish word and sentence. Click or tap the word to hear the pronunciation of the word, and click or tap the sentence to hear the sentence.

To hear the English, click or tap "English" and then the word or sentence.

If you still can't hear the audio or are having other technical issues, visit our technical support page for instructions on updating your browser, if needed. (Closing all browser tabs and windows and relaunching your browser will usually automatically update it.)
