To download our teacher guides, however, you must provide us with an email address. We also ask you to tell us what languages and grades you teach, and how you heard of us.

All of the financial transactions for our Website are handled through amazon.com. We do not store or process your financial, credit card and account information on our servers. Therefore, please refer to amazon.com’s (www.amazon.com) privacy policies for more details concerning the protection of your information while using its services.

In some cases, features on languagetogether.net are offered through tools provided by a third party over which we have no control, influence, or oversight. For example, users may download Language Together MP3 audio files and iBooks through Apple/iTunes. You should only use these third party tools if you agree to be bound by their respective terms of use.

Google Forms
This Website uses Google Forms, a third-party web-based tool that specializes in collecting and organizing information. This tool is used only for our contact form in connection with downloading our Teacher’s Guides.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Website is at your own risk. By posting personal information online in public forums, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties.

We occasionally will send emails to our customers and other individuals who provided us with their contact information. This is information that we believe may be of interest to you based on information you requested. Whenever you get an email from languagetogether.net, which is from an automated source, you will always have the opportunity to opt out of future similar correspondence, in which case you will not receive any more similar email communication.
